«AROMAROS-M» products are manufactured using modern equipment capable to perform all technological operations used in additives productions: incoming control, preliminary ingredients preparation, determination of dosage parameters, uniform mixing and finished products quality control. Taking international food industry standards for reference, the company developed an original operational system for flavor and complex additives production.

Systemic control

Production departments are fitted with technological equipment from leading world and domestic manufacturers regularly undergoing technical inspection. A particular attention is drawn to operation of repair services, techni-cal operation of control measurement appliances, assurance of transport, raw material and products storage. A mandatory part of production process – constant systemic quality control at all stages of products manufacturing. It includes inspection of additives functional properties, compliance to GOST and TU norms, as well as to other quality factors. Samples of finished products are contained in a specially equipped store room during the war-ranty period in amount sufficient for performance of repeated tests. Sample of each additive is contained in a tight package and is provided with a label indicating production date and lot number.

Documental confirmation of compliance to world standards served as acknowledgement of achievements in this field: «AROMAROS-М» is the first Russian food additives producing enterprise to be certified as per ISO 9001, ISO 22000. Certificates issued by SGS (Switzerland) provide the guarantee of stable high products quality main-tained by «AROMAROS-М».
